Computational Neuropsychiatry
The computational neuropsychiatry research at C-BRAIN involves investigation of alterations in the organization of the connectome - comprehensive maps of neural connections in the brain - in various neuropsychiatric, neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental disorders. We leverage noninvasive multimodal neuroimaging (MRI, NIRS) tools, advanced network science and artficial intelligence to identify connectome-level signatures of brain disorders.
Neurointervention
The translational neuropsychiatry research at C-BRAIN involves developing novel, noninvasive, brain-focused, personalized interventions that target the affected brain networks in an organic way. Our main focus is on brain-focused interventions for enhancing memory and executive functionining given their impairment in a host of brain disorders including ADHD, mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease and depression, among others.
Participate
Your participation is important to us. We are always looking for healthy participants as well as those with neurocognitive, neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders for various research studies. Our research spans across the lifespan including young children and adolescents, young adults and older adults and involves computational and interventional studies.
