1. Navigate to this link to start a new donation.

2. In the Gift Details box, select or enter the following information:

  • In the special instructions box indicate:

    “This gift is intended to support the work of Dr. Hosseini in the Department of Psychiatry”

  • Select gift type

  • Enter donation amount in US dollars
Options
  • Check any additional boxes (optional)
3. In the Sign In box, sign into your Stanford Account or click Continue as Guest.

4. In the About Me box, enter your Name, Preferred Address, and Preferred Email.

5. In the Payment Details box, select payment type and enter the relevant information.

6. Select any additional boxes (optional) and click
Confirm Details.
